The NJ and NY groups both arrive to the Ft. Lauderdale airport at 11:30a. NOTE: You will not be flying out of FLL airport; you will be flying out of Miami International Airport (MIA).

Transportation will be provided for the entire team to ride together to the hotel to drop off luggage while hotel rooms are being prepared.

Outdoor lunch, on the terrace, by the expansive hotel pool. Attire: casual and comfortable. Bring swimwear if you are interested in getting in the water.

Each team member is to receive their hotel key and gain access to their individual room. If room(s) are available earlier, you may be able to retrieve your key prior to lunch. If you choose to stay at the pool longer, feel free to check-in later in the day.

Have fun, take meetings, get some sun, whatever you decide, this time is to do with as you please.

Please meet in the lobby at 8:15p to head to dinner offsite. Car service will be provided for all team members to arrive at the restaurant together. Attire: Nice. The restaurant states no shorts, tank tops, flip flops, hats for gentlemen.

Please arrive to the photo and meeting site fully-groomed, primped and dressed for photos. You will immediately begin headshots and team photos upon arrival. Expect head-to-toe team shots.

Attire: business and professional. Suits and ties for the gentlemen. Feel free to bring a change of clothes if you’d like to change into more casual attire after the photos are complete.

Breakfast will take place in the meeting space and will continue throughout the beginning of the meeting.

Multiple sessions will take place led by Momentum Advisors, Momentum Risk Management, and our sponsors.

Lunch will be provided in the meeting space and will continue throughout the duration of the meeting. This lunch is a working lunch and therefore a session will be taking place at this time.

The hard part is over, you survived.

Head back to the hotel—or not. The choice is yours to spend your time as you see fit.

Standard hotel check-out time is 11AM. Feel free to request late check-out or grab breakfast nearby prior to leaving for the airport.

Transportation will be provided for the entire team to ride together to the airport. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 11:30a.

If you have made arrangements to extend your time in Miami, please make us aware so that we don’t anticipate your participation in the airport transport.

Both groups will depart from the airport at the same time, on the American Airline flight provided.
